Furco Biscuits by Oliva Giovanni
Since 1945, Biscottificio Furco has been telling a story of tradition and modernity.
The company was founded by Antonino Furco, who, in the post-war period, together with his family, began producing bread and biscuits in the working-class neighborhood of Castellammare del Golfo. What was once a small home-based business soon conquered the area, evolving into a bakery and biscuit factory which, in 1983, moved to a new facility dedicated exclusively to the production of traditional Sicilian biscuits.
In 2003, the company passed to Giovanni Oliva, the current owner, who introduced innovation, a new image, and modern production processes. This led to the creation of new products and new packaging lines, while maintaining the artisanal methods and attention to detail that have always made Biscottificio Furco unique.
Tradition, quality, and attention to detail continue to be the pillars of a company that has been bringing the authentic taste of Sicily to tables for generations.
