Fratelli Caprino is much more than a family-run business: it is a community of people united by strong relationships and a deep sense of belonging. For three generations, technical skills, ethical values, and a way of working that focuses on quality, trust, and respect for the territory have been handed down. While evolving over time, the company still retains the original imprint with which it all began.

The story begins in 1945 in Tortorici, in the heart of the Nebrodi Park, when Sebastiano Caprino started trading in hazelnuts, one of the most valuable products in the area. Over the years, the company grew, expanded its catalog, and moved to Sinagra, where in 1998 it obtained organic certification, installed its first solar power system, and introduced almonds and pistachios, both shelled and semi-processed.

The journey continues in 2022 with the opening of a second plant, new technologies, an in-house analysis laboratory, and investments in sustainability: an upgraded biomass plant, additional solar panels, and a constant search for 100% recyclable materials.

Today, Fratelli Caprino is an outstanding organic farm that combines tradition, innovation, and a deep connection with the land and the people who bring it to life.
